Can I get a Creative student discount?

Does Creative offer a warranty?
Yes, most purchases from the Creative store are covered by a warranty period. The length of the warranty period depends on the product purchased and can range from anywhere between 3 months all the way to 24 months.
What is the Creative returns policy?
Creative offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and you can return your order for up to 30 days. Products from the Replacement Parts category such as cables, remote controls and charging cases can be returned for up to 7 days. Due to hygiene reasons, Creative can not accept returns of non-electronic parts such as ear tips, ear cushions and foam cups. Creative also offers an extended returns period around the holiday period, so orders placed between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31.

How to use your Creative coupons
Using your promo code at Creative’s online storefront couldn’t be easier. Once you’ve found the creative product that you want to purchase, just select buy and add the item to your cart. Once the item is added you can then view the product in your cart at the checkout. Here you can then click on “Enter Code” and a box will appear where you can enter the promo code. After entering the code, click “Apply” and after validating the code, your new total will be displayed. After checking the amount and seeing how much you’ve saved you can go ahead with your purchase.
