What is Meta Quest?
Meta Quest is the name for Meta’s virtual reality (VR) & augmented reality (AR) hardware brand. They sell VR & AR headsets based on technology produced by Oculus such as the Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest Pro, which can be used to play a range of video games. They also produce video calling equipment in the form of the Meta Portal series of devices, as well as smart glasses made in partnership with Ray Bans.
Can you connect Meta Quest 2 to PC?
Meta Quest headsets can be connected to your PC wirelessly via Meta Air Link, or through Quest Link using a USB-C cable. You can then use your PC to improve your gaming experience, effectively using your PC’s processing power to help run your games. However, you’ll need to bear the fact that you’re plugged in in mind when you’re playing - Meta recommends you take a seat if you’re using a wired connection.
What accessories can I buy for my Meta Quest?
You can choose from a range of different accessories for your Meta Quest headset, including carry cases, light blockers, earphones, charging docks, linking cables, Touch Pro joystick controllers and lenses to improve visual experiences.
How do I contact Meta Quest?
If you need any support with your Meta Quest headset, you can access advice from the Oculus forums, where other users answer commonly-asked questions. You can also find advice from Meta on the Store Help Center, where you can select which product you have and what issues you’re experiencing to receive tailored support on the Meta Quest website.
Do Meta Quest products come with a warranty?
All Meta Quest headsets come with a one-year warranty as default, but you can opt for extended warranties through Meta Warranty Plus to extend your coverage up to two years. Meta Plus warranties can cover you for accidental damage, and also apply to any in-box accessories too.
What is Meta's returns policy?
Meta accepts returns for up to 30 days from when your order is shipped. Once they receive your returned item, it will be inspected and then a refund will be issued minus your shipping fees. For paid apps on Meta Quest, you can get a refund if it's within 14 days of your purchase and you've used the app for less than two hours.

- Make use of the 30-day returns: Not sure a Meta Quest device is for you?
